This product is just the base, or starter bracelet. So it will come blank with 18 blank links/charms! Depending on your wrist size, you may need 1-4 more links (this is where the cute charms come in) for it to fit correctly and not pinch! Trust me, you do not want it pinching your skin or pulling your arm hair haha.
The starter bracelet (& charms) are stainless steel. Each starter bracelet comes with a little tool to make adding or taking away charms easier.
